Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NIN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify NIN immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Content Ownership

All content published on NIN (articles, courses, tools, templates) is the intellectual property of NIN and is licensed to subscribers for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution is prohibited.

6. User Content

By posting content in forums or other areas, you grant NIN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute your content within the platform. You retain ownership. You are solely responsible for the content you post.

7. Termination

NIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the member state where NIN is established.

9. Changes to Terms

NIN may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
